Tree is located in Clermont, north west of Walt Disney World on the US 27,
just two and a half miles north of the western end of the
Highway 192, and eight miles north of the Interstate 4 (Exit Number 55).
The
whole area is surrounded by working Orange Groves and is a very
peaceful and tranquil location, despite being within easy reach
of all the amenities and attractions.
The
Highway 192 and Interstate 4 are two of the main thoroughfares
for central Florida. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to
Tampa (65 minutes ) and its Airport (60 minutes), and Northeast to the center of Orlando and the Airports
(Orlando airport 35 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes). Meanwhile the Atlantic coast can
be reached in under 60 minutes.
You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a First Federal bank, Post office, Petrol station, Winn-Dixie Supermarket, Walgreen's chemist with One Hour Photo, Super Wal-Mart, Dentist, Salon, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and
restaurants.

Walt Disney World can be reached in just 12 minutes, and the majority of the main attractions such as Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; can be reached in around 30 minutes.
If
you like a round of Golf you'll be in heaven staying at our villa. There are
four championship standard courses with-in a 10 minute drive, and over
20 other quality courses to be found with-in a 20 mile radius. Courses include
Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and award winning Champions gate.
If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown
