After
completion of your booking form, a non- refundable
deposit of £100 Sterling or equivalent in USD per week is due to secure your
dates.

A
refundable security deposit of £150 Sterling or
equivalent in USD is to be paid with the final balance.

Upon
receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation
of your booking, detailing the balance due ten weeks before your arrival
date.

Reservations
made within ten weeks of your arrival date will require payment
in full at time of booking.

Bookings
of 5 nights or less may incur an additional cleaning fee of £50 Sterling or $100 USD.
