Family Room

Our villa has two separate seating areas, the Family room and the Living room. Both rooms are furnished to a luxurious standard, containing both comfortable sofas and plenty of table space. 

The large spacious Family room is located at the rear of the villa and contains a luxurious three piece suite which includes a easy to transform queen sized sofa bed. To help keep you entertained there is a large screen television with cable TV, PlayStation 2 games machine and FREE Wireless Internet access (laptop not provided). Patio doors allow direct access out onto the pool deck, as well as letting in lots of natural light. 

Living Room

The Living room is at the front of the property, adjoining the dining room. As in the Family room there is a luxurious three piece suite to sink into, making this an ideal location to escape from the family and curl up and relax with a good book.

Kitchen

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for two at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local calls are free and all other calls can be paid for using telephone cards (sold in most large retail outlets).

Laundry Area

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room. This room adjoins the kitchen and also allows internal access to the garage.

Dining Room

The villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. The dining room is located at the very front of the villa, conveniently adjoining the kitchen and the living room. It contains a large ornate dining table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. 

Breakfast Nook

The roomy breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and breakfast bar. It contains a wrought iron glass top table with four chairs and two bar stools. Patio doors let in plenty of natural light and give a great view out over the pool deck.

To add to your further enjoyment we have converted our two car garage into a fun Games Room. The room is carpeted and features a  pool table, foosball table and a darts board. There is also a three piece table tennis set which is easy to fit together and fits on top of the pool table. The three blue sections of the table tennis set can be viewed in the picture below against the far wall.

To help keep the room cool the garage doors can easily be opened (adult supervision required) and there is a large fan.

The villa contains four large tastefully furnished bedrooms and a queen sized sofa bed in the Family room, allowing up to 10 adults to sleep comfortably. 

The Master Suite has a fabulous King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Located on the right hand side of the villa, the Master Suite bedroom looks out over the pool deck and the en-suite bathroom looks out of the front of the villa. 

The bathroom is made up a large tub, walk in shower, his 'n' hers wash basins and vanity mirrors, and a separate toilet. Additional  luxuries include a clock radio, hairdryer, and a television with cable TV and a built in DVD player. Storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck.

Bedroom Four

Bedroom four is located at the rear of the villa on the opposite side to the Master Suite. The room contains a Queen sized bed, a television with cable TV and has adequate storage space provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.

While not being a true en-suite bathroom, the villas third bathroom is located directly across the hallway and could be used as an en-suite. The bathroom contains a good sized shower unit and also gives direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom Two and Three

Bedrooms two and three each contain two single beds and large built-in closets and drawers. Both rooms also have the added luxury of a television with cable TV. Located conveniently between the two rooms is the villas second bathroom which has a bath / shower unit.  

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Family Room.

All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it. The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

The villa has its own luxurious 30 foot x 15 foot private pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan. For the children, there is a selection of pool toys available to help keep them entertained.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended for October to March).

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in. The pool deck also has the added advantage of being very private as it backs onto a dry retention area.

For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, all doors and windows leading out onto the pool deck are fitted with child proof alarms. The final feature of the pool area is the pool side bathroom. The villas third bathroom is accessible directly from the pool deck should you wish to have a quick shower to keep cool.

Our management company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.

The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, mid stay cleaning and welcome packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
